DELIVERY & POSTAGE POLICY
All items are made to order and knitted by hand by either my mum or me, Alex.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
If possible we'll send out sooner, but to avoid disappointment a 3-4 week lead time is essential to manage expectations.
For blankets - please allow 6 weeks
Bespoke / Customised items - please allow 6 weeks, as I'll need to design the item, source yarn and then knit before posting to you.
Over busy seasonal periods, we'll do our best to meet quicker deadlines. Please note, for guaranteed Christmas delivery - please order by the 10th December.

Orders under £39.99 - P&P is £2.99 sent Via Evri or Royal Mail
Orders over £40 - P&P is free sent via Evri or Royal Mail
RETURNS POLICY
Please note - as items are hand made to order, returns can only be made if faulty, or an exchange in size.
Bespoke or customised items cannot be returned.
For faulty items, I will email you a prepaid returns label - I use Evri
For exchange I cannot cover return fee, but will post out the exchanged item free of charge. - I hope you understand, as I run a small business, and try to keep prices fair and value for money, I cannot absorb these postage costs.
Returns must be in the same condition as they were received.
You have 14 days from receipt of your items to contact me for a return.
